Hotel Best Western di Harrisburg

"Was placed in the room closest to the reception area. The bathroom had a weird transition into the shower flooring that looked dirty and poorly maintained. When you showered the water went everywhere on the bathroom floor. You couldn't control the AC unit, it was locked out. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows smelled weird. At 5 in the morning I was woken up by someone screaming at the front clerk wanting to speak to a manager. And all hopes of falling back asleep was lost simply by being...

"Very nice property that served us well for our overnight stay- One drawback is as advertised, no indoor or outdoor pool. But it was very clean, very helpful staff, and a great breakfast selection- would definitely stay again-"

"What a dump! Room smelled musty with black mold around the tub and on the wall in the bathroom. Swimming pool was green on the first weekend in June. Trash scattered around the parking lot.The dog potty station was overflowing with used bags. Overall not a pleasant place."
