Upon our arrival there was a strong stench of weed. The lobby was dirty and we did not have a good feeling about the place. The receptionist was very nice and we still went to see the rooms, with the hope it would be a little better than the lobby. The room smelled of weed and the mattress was dirty. The seams of the mattress were dirty but I’m not sure there were bed bugs. The bathroom fan made a horrible noise and the towel by the sink was dirty and wet. Our 4 children were scared and did not want to stay there. We booked through Expedia and were very disappointed. A place like that shouldn’t even come up as an option on Expedia and the pictures on the site are not what the place really looks like. Fortunately, Expedia refunded us even though it was a reservation with no cancellation. Do not stay at that hotel, not even for one night.

Terrible hotel. Never will are book it again. I got the by 11:30 pm, so couldn’t find another hotel they late so stay for one night and check out the next morning. I lost my money for the remaining days. Terrible place

The room was subpar to say the least. More dead bugs on the walls and lights than we could count. Cigarette burns on the bedding, door barely closed and the air conditioner didn’t work. However, the staff was very friendly and courteous, regardless of the accommodations.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The property also appeared to be severely understaffed, which affected every aspect of the stay. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but my room was not ready until 7:30 p.m. Waiting more than four hours past the promised check-in time, with little communication or concern from staff, was extremely frustrating and set the tone for the entire stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Between the lack of cleanliness, misleading photos, inadequate staffing, and unacceptable delays, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements so future guests do not have the same experience

A/C VERY LOUD NO FOOD SERVICE MUST GO TO THE RESTURANT- PARKING WAS OK MAKE SURE YOU GET A PASS ON YOUR WINDOW OR YOU MAY BE TOW. THE OFFICE PERSON BOB WAS GOOD PERSON. HE DID HIS BEST TO MAY OUR STAY GOOD NANCY STEVENS ME THE ROOM WAS IN MY NAME NOT DAVID. MY FRIEND AND I - CAME TO THE MOTEL WITH TRUCK BIKE SMALL TRAILER . WE DID 4 DAYS OF HARLEY BIKE RIDES. MISS ONE DAY BECAUSE OF THE RAIN. IT WAS HOT. SO WE MADE THE BEST OF OUR TRIP. ROOF OVER OUR HEAD SHOWERS WAS VERY GOOD HOT WATER. TV OH WELL GOOD LUCK PROGRAMS ARE CHEAP STATIONS. WE MADE IT HOME SUNDAY 19 JULY 2026.

Bugs on the pillow. Sticky floor. Holes in the linens. Dirty toilet. Door had obviously been kicked in at some point. Crooked tv. Blinds barely worked. Best off all the smell of cigarettes and bleach will haunt me for days. This is not a hotel. Its a traphouse.

When I first checked in, they gave me the worst room I've ever been given. The floor was extremely dirty, with visible debris. A q tip beside the floor lamp, a hair tie in front of the dresser. I opened the drawers to find mouse droppings and some leftover socks from the last tenant. The air conditioner was stuck on 60, draining into the room, and the cord had been cut and later spliced with wire nuts and electrical tape. Said spliced cord was then laying in the puddle draining into the floor. Bathroom light also didn't work. The walls were stained in multiple places. And the rooms aren't anything like the pictures show. After making a complaint, I was given another room after a bit of a wait. The security lock didn't work not other than that, the room was far better than the first one.

Breakfast is advertised, didn’t exist. Just empty coffee carafe and a non functioning Nescafé machine. It’s like a resort for recovering low income drug users. First room had a non functioning ac. Second room I was given ac worked, but fruit flies were already renting the room. Ceiling and walls have water damage. Sheets had cigarette burns. Shower only had a cloth outer curtain, no plastic inner. Only positive were towels were neatly folded and pillows were moderately comfy. If I could give minus stars, I would.

Check in was easy. We had to change rooms a few times due to some issues in the first two rooms. But the staff was very helpful and understanding in making sure it was taken care of promptly and with no issues. The staff was very nice and even allowed for a late check out due to meetings. Overall it was a decent stay. I feel like the rooms could possibly be kept up a little better but overall for being pet friendly and having nice staff it’s a 3 out of 5 star.

The place is a mess, filthy, litter everywhere, the former breakfast area is in shambles with no amenities and broken chairs. My room floor was wet, smelled musty, the AC unit was off and hardly worked when on. It looked like it had been pushed part way out of the wall. After 10 minutes I decided I couldn't stay there and asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for lodging. I'm sure the photos posted are from many years ago and suspect the decent reviews are fabricated or also very old. Avoid this place at all cost!

Hotel stay was fair. I checked in. Smooth. First room was horrible because it was not prepared for next guest which was me. Towels were around on the bed. Beds were not made. I was disappointed for the amount I paid. Told Front Desk. He fixed it. I was very grateful. He was kind and professional. Much appreciated. Please be mindful of making sure rooms are ready for guests.

Was dirty, there was no dinning room for any complimentary breakfast. The room next to the 1st room they gave us had a long term resident who had a dog the went to the bathroom all over poop was not cleaned up. Room was dirty smelled bad feet stuck to the tile floor evidence of roaches. 2nd room they said was deep cleaned smelled better didnt stick to the floor but under the TV was very nasty you could see it when you sat down the doors are so bent and warped they only shut where the lock is the top n bottom stick out you can see right out. Most of the residents were long term and I do think the workers were living there and working to help.pay their room cost. We left didn't stay a single night. Worst place I have ever stayed. Will not be going back there.

If your traveling as a single male, this may be okay. Do not go to this property with women or children. We arrived to prostitutes on the balcony. When we checked in the printer was broken no receipts. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in the night before. The door had a gap in it at the bottom that I could stick my fingers through. My pillow case had something sticky on it I dont even want to imagine what that was, the sheets were stained and gross. When I checked for bed bugs I didnt find any, but under the mattress was a collection old food, hair, and dirt. Ive stayed at some dingy places but this place was by far the most disgusting. Typically I would've just roughed it and stayed for one night then found somewhere else but I checked out. I asked locals about this place and they gave me horror stories of crime and prostitution.

its not nice at all just cheep stay. the web stated free breakfast there was none and the coffee was not worth drinking, we got a no smoking room it didnt smell to bad but there was cigarette burns in several places, the internet and TV quit working every 10-15 min. but the worst was there was some one smoking marijuana and the aircond. sucked it in our room i called the front desk they told me they would check on the problems but nothing got rectified. THE PLACE IS A s--- HOLE BUT CHEEP WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
