"When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again."

"The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan in the bathroom that didn't work, keeping the miosture in the room. But that should be remedied as we informed the front at the end of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stsy very pleasant. "

My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. "

The room was simple but very clean, and that immediately made us feel comfortable. The biggest surprise was the bed — it was incredibly soft and comfortable, which is honestly rare to find in any hotel, regardless of price. For me, that alone made the stay worth it. There’s a parking deck next to the hotel . Staff was welcoming . No issues. But the property was very nice . Would definitely stay there again. "

"This place needs oversight. In Fitness Room, all three treadmills out of order and they were not working on previous stay three months prior! Ridiculous. Ice machine on my floor produces no ice. A lot is ignored here. "
