"nothing really wrong with the hotel but i registered (through a 3rd party Expedia) for the ammenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. but when i checked in they were "indefinitely under maintenance" and closed. this is NOT disclosed when booking on 3rd party sites and they said it's not their problem or fault and they refused to give me a refund or cancel my reservation. But i called expedia, they cancelled my remaining days, then called my credit card company and they reversed the charge. another...

"Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe."

"Everything was well cleaned, the bathroom first and for most. I can tell the floor was mopped, the counter and bathroom sink was wiped down the beds were properly made. no stains in the sheets. Pools were cleaned as well. The Staff took there time with whatever I had a problem with and wanted me notify them if I ever had a problem with anything and they were nice. Overall great hotel to stay definitely look forward into coming back in the future."

"I chose this hotel expecting a high-end stay to match the expensive rates, but the reality fell short.
