"Wow! What a beautiful and perfect stay! Everything and everyone was amazing!. The room was super spacious and well outfitted. Upon entering a hotel room I’ve often been assaulted by unpleasant smells. Not here. It smelled clean and a little like cedar wood. I had such a good stay that I honestly can’t believe I only had to pay what I did for it. Thanks to you and your staff!"

"the rooms were just fine. the smell was extremely musty, the air conditioner was loud, the mini fridge made strange noises all night and the bathroom area was quite small. i was quite disappointed with the breakfast, where the only things offered were bread, cereal, waffles, a few sausages and coffee. i was hoping for something fresher and a little healthier. however, the beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed."

"The accommodations could not have been better. The hotel had no issue with us having a dog which we really appreciate. I was very surprised by the regular happy hour fundraiser the Tuesday evening we were there. We stayed twice in a week. This is the only hotel I plan on staying at when we visit the Sioux Falls/far southwest Minnesota region. It was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is just 5 miles from the MN border, which is great when you are going to or from the Twin...

"Great hotel and not that far from the interstate. Did not buy the breakfast so can't comment on that. The only quibble was the blackout blind was broken in our room. They offered to switch rooms but we were already unpacked so stayed put."

"Breakfast was good and and parking was easy since we were handicap had some trouble at snack machine had to do it about five times.we tried debit card but tried to select 3 or 4 items but had to do debit card again. We finally got change for a ten and wife had to go back to 3rd floor Dollar bills + and select one at time"

"Breakfast was good. Room had couple small problems. We left word at the front desk when we checked out. (Battery was too dead to run the room thermostat. A sticker from a pair of socks was stuck to the tv screen.) Nothing major. A nice, clean, friendly stop."

"Hotel needs updating badly. Had an issue with the toilet draining so I stopped at the front desk to ask that it be looked into. The gentleman asked me if I had plunged it yet?? Huh? I don’t carry a plunger in my luggage. He said they would bring me one. For real? One it is not my issue to fix and two I paid for my stay, how do you feel it is my responsibility to fix your issue? I don’t live there nor do I work there. We left for the day and came back to 0 room service, our keys didn’t work and...

"We must have the worst luck when it comes to waterslides being closed. I wish the hotel would update their info when amenities are not available. Rooms are dated. I’ve been to dirtier hotels but Ive also stayed in much cleaner. No breakfast. Lots of parking. Oh and the police showed up and arrested a guy, that was exciting."

"Quiet room, disappointed that the pool was empty. First room smelled of cigarette smoke but the front desk promptly found me a different room that was fine. We thought the breakfast was very good. Location was great - close to downtown and river walk. This hotel is across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn, which is much nicer, but for this date, the Country Inn & Suites was much more economical."
