"The hotel was out of pillows for the pull out couch, the bed sheet and shower curtain was stained, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Could use another waffle maker, had to wait 20 minutes on the line before we could make a waffle."

"I booked there for one night, my daughter had cheer competition at the Farm Expo center. The room was spacious and clean. It had a mini kitchenette. We utilized the sofa bed for the kids. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. Don’t expect anything crazy for breakfast. Overall a great quick stay. "

"Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. "

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were not very helpful nor personable. The room’s toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was dried urine on the seat. There was also a significant roof leak in the hallway directly outside of an occupied room. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the only redeeming factor about this hotel stay. They were the nicest most helpful people working there. They made sure guests had what they needed, kept the area clean, organized, and fully stocked....

"Great place. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut without force but good"

"The room was clean, bed comfortable, adjusting the temperature easy to do. But the water pressure was next to nothing. Breakfast was AWFUL. Clean areas but nasty food. Ham slices floating in water to keep them from drying out. Waffle iron seemed to not be in working order. Apple juice was watered down to the point it tasted like water with a splash of apple. Nastiness all around."

"The north end Best Western is terrible! The lights were shorting out, the TV wasn't hooked up to the wall cable, and when I called the front desk, I was told " too bad, we dont have anyone to help you" so I had to literally move furniture around and do it myself. The shower had ONE glass sliding door where there should have been 2, so I had to decide which side of the bathroom stayed dry and which side got soaked while showering. The bed was the extremely firm kind. Air conditioner worked....

"Breakfast was disgusting. Even the pre packaged butter and cream cheese were dried out within the packaging. Must have been there for months. Entire place was smelly and disgusting. If you’re thinking about staying, don’t. "

"Had an overnight stay here. My kids were pumped about the indoor pool; however, the pool was very crowded and loud. Our room overlooked the pool too, which was a little creepy but more importantly, VERY loud until 10pm. Overall, experience was fine, but I would imagine guests would like to know if they will be subject to screams/yells from the pool in their hotel room."
