"The food at the Butcher and Banker was amazing and the staff fabulous! As visitors we did not know how generous the portion sizes were! So if you go get a side to share! We also got coffee and pastries at the little cafe in the lobby, which we enjoyed. Breakfast at the Tic Tock was also very good. Had a delicious pizza at the Trattoria Bianca. The Hotel itself is under some renovations currently they were doing some rooms on our floor the last day as we were there as well as the lobby. Over all I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for our visit."

"Wow, hotel staff, really good, engaged and professional. The staff in the restaurant, truly seemed annoyed to be there. SO SLOW! They would just look at each other, wonder off and returned when they damn well pleased. Food was okay, nothing special. But all of the wait-staff just couldn't be bothered. Go next store to the Holiday Inn (short walk) to eat, great bar, better food and MUCH better staff."

"Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There were nice amenities available (concierge did a great job with recommendations). The room itself was simple yet really nice. The bathroom was way better than I was expecting; it seemed newly updated. There were lots of nice little touches throughout the room to make the space very comfortable and usable, despite being so small."

"Great option for the price and location. Plus if you're taking Amtrak it's just one stop away from the train hall. The rooms are small, but that shouldn't be an issue if you're planning to be out and about for the day. The lobby and bar are nice, too. My only annoyance was the elevator system. It seems like logjams to get an elevator were more common for guests staying on the upper floors. I would request something on the lower floors at check in."
