"Room was clean but bathtub was stained. Business computers did not work which was an inconvenience since I was in the area for business."

"The Westin is right downtown Cinncinnati across from a beautiful fountain. Parking was listed as an amenity with no dollar amount next to it on their website, but it was $17 overnight. We had to fiddle around and reset the surge protector behind the TV to get it to work, but it finally did. Also, this is a noisy location! We were on the 6th floor but could still hear road construction and a singer with amplifier singing in the square with the fountain until about 10:30pm. Otherwise, it was a good location, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would not stay here again for the price."

"Milinda, who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. So helpful in getting us a room which was completely satisfactory. Loved her. The hotel was very conveniently located. "

"Checkin was fast and easy. Room was nice; clean and quiet. My only issues was one room lamp did not work and the clock did not work. Shower and bathroom has Dove brand bodywash and shampoo. Nice touch. Great place, with easy access to the airport."

"The staff were great and friendly. My only complaints were there was no information about in room service and the TV was not a smart TV so if you didn’t want to watch live TV or pay for on demand you couldn’t cast your own streaming services."

"The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Had very peaceful nights, getting rest for The Flying Pig runs. Even though it looked like there were kids there for prom. If you book here you’re not getting a a four star room, maybe 2.5, but the location and staff make you feel like four stars. I will stay here again when I come back next year."
