"The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would definitely stay again. It is walkable to all of the downtown attractions including The Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium. There are numerous restaurants nearby too.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable."
