"Could have been cleaned better, but it was laid out well accessing the building was easy and I love the underground parking wasn’t dirty. They could’ve just wiped down. Hard surfaces better."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I called to see if I could check in early and they even waived the early check in fee. The hotel was very clean, smelled good and had a great layout. Breakfast was pretty usual but still good. I loved that it was connected to the skywalk that led straight to the Target event center. The room was clean and comfortable, loved the pillows! The room was a tad warm when I first entered but the air conditioning cooled it down fast. I had a great...

"Pretty decent hotel for the price we paid. Quiet rooms and HVAC wasn't the typical noise party with wall units. Was notified at check in that they don't do housekeeping unless requested, and to call the front desk to request anything, which is fine. But things like coffee, cups creamer were a daily hunt to obtain. We'd have to request on our way out or coming home and sometimes they didn't have resupply. And it felt like we were a bother a couple times at the front desk It was kind of DIY on...

"I really enjoyed the placement of the hotel and such! It was a really nice and fun hotel to where you also did not have to stay in your hotel room all the time if you wanted!! I love the way it was designed and the little designs and everything and had a hammock you could use! The only little thing was the WiFi is a spotty and the tv remote you really had to push down to even use it and the tv was slow."

"A laptop was stolen from my room. No one would look at the security cameras and I asked for a reimbursement from the hotel and they declined. I contacted the local police department and filed a report.
Because I booked the hotel room thru EXPEDIA there’s no recourse for me as a customer.
Don’t stay at this hotel and be very careful if you choose to use Expedia."
