"cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere

"Although we were only in our room for 12 hrs due to an early departure, the room, amenities and proximity to the airport were excellent. We had two rooms and found one lovely and comfortable the other a little small with a window that faced into the bar area which could be a bit noisy at times."

"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait.
