"Friendly greeting. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of lifts to get to floors. Bar staff chatty and approachable great choice of drinks and food . Fast with both. Free parking (what a bonus) bus stops just around the corner although taxis were quicker to get into Edinburgh town. Would highly recommend and use again. Loved Scotland!!!"

"A new hotel,easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh. Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent. The only down side was the privately owned car park,which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. "Great stay at the Linen Bank, Check in was quick and easy friendly staff. Room was exactly what i need for a one night stay. The bed was really comfy and got a good sleep. Room temperature was good but easily adjustable if needed. Enjoyed my early morning Coffee before setting off home. Would recomend and hope to be back next year. "
