"Clean"

"The hotel was everything you'd want. I arrived late and the night staff member warmly welcomed me and had everything ready. Basically, he handed me the room keys and I headed straight to the room. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. Breakfast was good with plenty of options."

"The hotel is clean and the staff are attentive. The TV’s were out and my door had an issue with the locking mechanism. When I tried to open the door it stuck. Bought it to management attention they said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. 4 days no tv in the room and at one point it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. I will NOT be staying there in the future. If an issue is bought to the attention of management twice and it’s not taken care of then, it seems to be an inconvenience for them and...

"Not worth the price! Furniture is horrible, uncomfortable, and rooms are decorated from two decades ago. The shower floor was so slippery I almost fell numerous times. Do not stay if you are elderly. Staff were unfriendly and not personable at all. Free breakfast was not good. Stay elsewhere in town. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"My stay was good, I did book a king suite but it was just a room. I thought the suite consisted of 2 sections but maybe it differs per state. other than that, my stay was comfy."

"Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again."
