The Douglas Hotel
Had to leave and book somewhere else. Room was cold, no heating, dirty, smelly. No hotel staff and didnt even get a key to the room. I am now chasing a refund. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel
Room and hotel clean and nice check in staff. Disappointed with breakfast at the hotel. This was my fourth stay at Station Suites. It's good value and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are great and the beds are really comfortable.
