"The check- in was quick and easy. The clerk was very friendly. The room was quiet. The carpet in the hallway on the second floor was very worn and dirty. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The eggs were good but the biscuits were a bit hard. The coffee wasn’t great."

I spoke to front deak about lack of service, but they claimed our Do Not Disturb sign was left on the doorknob. We departed every morning and removed it as we left, but housekeepers didn't check again -- probably because they stayed on their phones.
