"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts. There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels. "You have to ask for maid service in my experience. My room had a torn desk chair. The hotel WiFi connection was not reliable or explained in the in-room literature. Don’t believe the wheelchair accessible statements apply to the whole hotel. They don’t! Michelle was their savior for me"

"The room was large and functional. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area had plenty of tables. Also, parking was no problem and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel."

"Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock."
