From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Ebony and Jason went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the doormen team — Vincent and Antonio — were always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our suite on the 12th floor was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city that made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and spotless, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common spaces. The location was also ideal for exploring Chicago. Thanks to the amazing team at L7 Chicago by LOTTE, our trip to Chicago felt extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and my daughter and I are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️"

"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."
