"Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean."

"When I made the reservation it said breakfast was included which was why we chose the property, but actually I only got a credit per adult and I was with my two kids so the credit was not sufficient to cover our breakfast."

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. "A beautiful location on the river. The common areas of the hotel are very nice. Yet, for $450 a night the rooms are nothing special and need updating. "The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding parking. Someone had gotten sick in the pool, so it was closed for cleaning, which was disappointing. Overall a good stay. Would stay there again."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the red line and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was helpful - they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor due to the room temperature (it was over 90 degrees when we stayed there) and also lended us a phone charger. The hotel was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again."

We did not spend a lot of time in the room but we thought the room was a little small and the bathroom was problematic. Counter space was a little limited. The backlit bathroom mirror kept dimming. The pressure assisted toilet was not clearing the bowl. The bed was comfortable."

"Great location. Rooms were clean. Offsite parking for 49$. Rooms are really quite small. Very very slow and busy elevators. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. We kept being told someone would bring up a mini fridge to our room for our medications however it never got brought up and eventually after asking all day was told that they must be out. They did not follow up with us or offer us ice in the meantime."
