"Room was fine. However, there was 20-30 people partying, extremely loud, on the patio at 1am just below our room. We called the front desk, who refused to address the issue and the excess noise continued even though quite hours started at 11pm."

"The lobby, hallways and elevator were very dirty. The Lobby had dirt and debris that had been there awhile and needed at least swept up. Hallways were musty smelling, carpet was stained. The elevator looked like it had never been swept or wiped down. There was a pretzel piece on the floor of the elevator the entire duration of our stay and we rode in the elevator with the cleaning staff at one point. We had to switch rooms after first checking in because the bed linens were stained and there...

"A hotel's staff can make or break the hotel. Fortunately, this hotel's staff was great. They allowed me to check in early, and they even went and cleaned a room as soon as I asked to check in early. Also, whenever I needed something, the staff provided it. Overall, I liked the size of the room (it was like a mini-apartment), the location, and the cost.
