"The room was tidy, the host was available and helpful, and the location was convenient to central Hastings... for better and worse. Free parking was available around the block in a pretty dingy carpark, but my car did fine. The ensuite shower was almost comically small, but it got the job done."

"The owner was so friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. "

"On arrival I was given a room but there was no heating so it was very cold. The Manger happily moved me to another room with a heater in which was better. The room itself was clean and in good condition with plenty of tea/coffee. The mattress though was very hard, not comfortable at all and quite crunchy. The noise from outside was easily heard (which can't be helped I imagine) but still was a loud room to have. The staff were helpful and all in all for the price I paid I can't really...

"Excellent! Didn’t really have any interaction with staff but they provided a great stay and made it extremely pleasant for us. The room was so cosy and had everything we needed. Close proximity to the village green meant we could walk there for food, drinks or just to explore the surrounding area. Such a lovely stay that we’d definitely be returning again! "

"Good location near the beach and many cafes and restaurants. Clean and warm welcome. Website needs updating to say no breakfast available and free parking limited up a hill under trees (had to take car to car wash due to bird droppings) Only problem bathroom sink really small "
