"On top of the $200 a night room, we were informed that we would also be charged $24 a day for parking at the hotel. We were put into a newly “updated” room. The carpet in the hallway had more cushion to it than the room itself. The bed was offset and not centered and it appeared maybe a couch was suppose to go in the space but wasn’t there. The chairs were about as comfortable as sitting on a cheap folding chair. The bathroom door had no lock on it (parents beware). The light switch was in the hallway instead of in the bathroom. Combined with the door that also had a frosted window on it, if you get up in the middle of the night you’re all but surely to wake up anyone else in the room. The bed was marginal at best, I’d equivalent to sleeping on a murphy bed. About the only positive thing I could say was that the hallway was very quiet. I think I’m going to try JW Marriott next time as they were only about $35 more a night."

"Room was clean except the towels were rough feeling, thin and stained. The bath tub did not drain even with the drain plug pulled all the way out. The hotel smells of smoke. Our room was a smoke free room and could not smell any smoke. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was packaged little Debbie pastries and donuts. Did not try the coffee."

"Booked a hotel close to mall of america to avoid paying for parking. I had to pay 15$ a day to park at a hotel that I alreasy paid to stay at. I will say the shuttle service was amazing though. And the driver Huso was personable and had some interesting facts aboit the history of the mall"

"Parking was close and it wasn't expensive compared to other places. Room was clean, the staff was very helpful and kind and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day at mall of america."
