The staff was friendly, the location is 10mins walk from lee garden which has great ambience compared to lee garden area as it is the centre of activity and lively. However , hotel does not provide iron but they provide ironing service

Well, this is one of the best affordable lodgings that I ever stayed so far in Hatyai! First of all, the workers of the hotel are super friendly and even go extra mile in helping getting a tuk tuk for my friends and I to go around and the fare was very resonable. Apart from that, the hotel provides drinking water with endless refill, yes not forget to mention that you can use your own bottle and other beverages as well. Furthermore, the breakfast that they provided were simple but good enough to fill you up before another adventurous day begins. On the other hand, the room was fantastic, just that I find the pillows are a little bit too soft for my neck otherwise it's perfect!

Great place to stay in HatYai

Only stayed one night on route to the border. Great room - comfortable bed good hot shower, plus kettle and complimentary biscuits:) ensured a fantastic sleep. Only 10 mins walk to big shopping centre with loads of stalls and local restaurants on route. Staff were brilliant organising a taxi, printing train tickets - all with a big smile:)

Pleasant stay at U Hatyai

The hotel though small is very clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful. Good wifi is available in the room. Simple breakfast is provided in the morning. Hotel is within 10 mins walk to Lee Gardens Plaza. I will return if I am coming to Hatyai again.

Even through the small hotel, but the room is very clean. The staff service was very friendly and they can speak fluent English. The price is cheap and location is convenient walk to Lee Garden 10min and Kim yong market 15min. Nearby had a lot local food.

Everything is awesome

Arrived at 9am at the hotel and check in was available and it was already awesome, staffs were friendly, help us to orientate around easily. Alot of food stalls around the area, 10mins walk to morning market, lee garden plaza area. Will definitely stay here again if i ever return to Hat Yai.

Very good hotel.

Really pleased with U Hat Yai Hotel. Very good room, spotlessly clean, nice bedding, good shower and bathroom. Easy walk into the centre of town. Front desk staff were cheerful, polite, helpful and generally very decent and nice people. My stay was very pleasant as a result and I would definitely recommend this hotel and Will stay there in the future. A light buffet breakfast was supplied in the foyer with croissants, toast, spread, jam, tea and coffee on offer. Recommended.
