"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"The elevator was too small and extremely hot."

"Breakfast enak walau tidak banyak pilihan, parkir sangat mudah"

"Upon check out, the front desk staff followed my wife & I out of the hotel and halted our taxi because we did not return both plastic key cards and insisted on a 35 baht ($10) penalty. Wow!!!"

"Sangat menyenang kan "

"Very quaint hotel, really convenient for exploring the town and quiet location. Small room, very small double bed (though beautiful aesthetically) and not much by way of available drinks or snacks - not a problem though would have been nice to sit in the front open area. Staff were nice but didn’t seem that customer - centric."

"Surprisingly Hotel Asked "CASH DEPOSIT ONLY TO CHECK IN Amount 2000 Bahts.. Breakfast not so Good.. Check OUT : MESSY as Staff said Addition Charge For One Breakfast Pax.. Later On canceled.. Poor Admin .. Transport Convenient with Tuk Tuk with Charge ranging 20 -30 Bahts per person depending distance.. Request Expedia to advise #Deposit required ti avoid Confusion "

"The room is clean, staff is helpful. It difficult to get transport but staff has help me to book ride. "
