"Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "

"Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level. "Lovely place and centrally located in kenilworth. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. All staff were lovely and very polite. Only thing that lets it down is parking. There are enough parking spaces but they are quite tight.Try avoid parking under trees at night as birds roost and can make an awful mess of your car. "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
