Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"I like everything."

'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
8/10 Good
"This a beautiful Hotel and very convenient. Close to everything, the beach, restaurants, food stores, etc. the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the bedrooms need some upgrades. The carpet is kind of dirty and the bathroom not really nice but other then that pretty good 👌"

Holiday Inn Express Waikiki by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The room was a little small but still a good size for 2 people! The daily breakfast tasted good and had actual hot food that was constantly restocked. I would say this hotel is definitely worth the price and I would definitely be returning! It was also so close to everything, literally a 10-15 minute walk from all the shops it’s the perfect location! I also noticed my room was being cleaned daily which is huge, especially for a hotel this big! Parking “wasn’t guaranteed” but we were able to find parking for every night of our stay! A little pricey but it’s honestly the same everywhere else. The pool and jacuzzi are very cold which was the only downside since we decided not to use them because of this. The elevators are a bit slow because of how packed the hotel can get, but it wasn’t the worst thing ever, I still feel like the hotel was definitely worth it!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk
8/10 Good
"Only thing I would change would be more flexible check out times. I completely understand that they have to get rooms clean and ready for new guests, but I’ve been to lots of other hotels in touristy destinations before where check out times became flexible on account of flight times. Hawaii is for sure a destination vacation where the tourist are at the will of the airlines. They DID, however, lock up our luggage and offer a hospitality room (regular hotel room) for 30 mins. But they cut the ac off in the room and just had a fan going. We only stayed for 10 minutes because we were all sweating so bad. I appreciated the room, it was just too hot to stay in. After, we just hung out and slept on the lobby furniture. One thing that was weird was we were about ready to call our uber (5 hrs before our flight because we were worried to do much more in town in fear of not making it back in time to leave for the airport) and a hotel staff came up to me and told me we were going to get stopped with my kids in an uber unless we took this taxi that was waiting by the hotel lobby. I told him we had been Ubering everywhere. He told us cops won’t stop a Chrysler mini van, but they would stop a Honda odyssey that we had been ubering in. It was just a weird confrontation. Like we were being pressured. He may have been right, but it felt weird. Other than those two things, our stay was excellent!"

Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel - adequate space in room. Double beds comfortable. Clean room."

Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast
8/10 Good
"Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing."

Prince Waikiki
10/10 Excellent
"Prince is our top spot to stay at when we’re vacationing in Honolulu! Hotel, premises, amenities (pool, jacuzzi and an infinity pool overlooking the harbor; also, a gym, which is a MUST for us to keep our consistent fitness routine) are all five-stars. Also, given it’s a Japanese hotel brand, toilets are equipped with the TOTO bidet seats so our tushies get the royal treatment here every time. :) Staff are very helpful as well. Location is midway between Waikiki and Ala Moana and while we also like staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, we find that Prince is just quieter and less hectic."

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Didn’t like the room I was in. 8th floor and construction everyday across the street. Walls in bathroom were scuffed. Water not always hot."
