"Best western took out the wi fi connection on the night before the last day of our stay."

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot. Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"New, nice property. Integrated with a large shopping complex, so parking can be a challenge but there are reserved spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was really good. Difficult AC controls in the room / wouldn’t hold desired temperature."

"Location was close to everything in Waikiki, 3 minute walk to the beach. Most tour shuttle pick ups are 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. Very safe and close to everything."

"Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking...

"Front desk lacked customer service Ignored customer service when I was checking in, gave me a bad view from my unit (I knew there were other similar units with better views available and was not asked for a preference) Also, when I inquiry about the properties services per answers were unpleasant as if she was bothered by me asking"

"Room was good for what we needed. Loved the free drinks for staying there as well as the wine. Certain staff seemed to be bothered at the main desk when asked about checking things out, even told my sister no then I asked it was ok. Valet was amazing- had one small issue but was handled well and then perfect from then on out. Outdoor pool was great!!"

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"Overall, it is a good hotel. But the room was EXTREMELY TINY. CLAUSTROPHOBIC TINY for a family of four, who reserved two beds. It was very difficult to have space for our luggage and comfortably walk around, eat food, ect. It is not what i expected from the pictures. It was a-lot smaller than pictured. The bathroom as well."

"The hotel store has great food for those that are too tired to walk across to the malls food court. It's in an ideal location and you can't go wrong by staying here for a quick stop over."
