"Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. That's ridiculous and they lied ,they...

"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway."

"The room was not clean: the floor was gross, there was dog hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the shower had hair and it was stopped up and flooding. The staff was okay."

"Room wasn’t that clean. Furniture old, bathroom ok not great and was very small. Dirty carpet. Didn’t realize it had carpet when booked. Also room and building smelled like cigarette smoke even when it was a non smoking property. Breakfast was terrible. Appliances were old and needed to be replaced. Food was not good and customer service person couldn’t keep up with refills on breakfast bar. Couldn’t eat the food offered."

"The lobby, hallways was dirty and unsatisfactory. The lady (Indian) was rude, didn’t acknowledge the customers, didn’t speak until spoken to. Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place."

"Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

"We had a quick one night stay. Comfortable beds and attentive staff."

"The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our issue was with the design of the property itself. The ADA compliant bathroom was horrible. The toilet was too close to the wall and water from the shower ran onto the floor and out the door no matter how careful the user was. The furniture was as cheap as it could possibly be and still function. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as there are other comparably priced options."
