Staff was nice but the rooms left much to be desired, the room door had about a two inch gap on the top, the bathroom door didn’t have a handle, the shower head leaked, AC worked great, bed was clean and comfortable but there wasn’t a tv remote. Overall not a terrible place to stay

Please expect what you pay for. AC worked, fridge worked. Bed was clean, but sheets were stained and old. It's an old motel, that definitely needs remodeling. Staff were nice and efficient.

Nothing was said about a requirement to be 21 to check in to the hotel, regardless of military affiliation. They would not even begin to give me the benefit of the doubt, and on top of that, they did not issue me a full refund. The building is old, and when I walked in, it smelled like marijuana. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The photos advertised are not what is provided. The rooms and lobby smelled awful, the toilet kept clogging, and we found 2 roaches in our room. The A/C working was probably the ONLY convenient thing

I stayed there from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. The hotel and hallways were quite unsanitary and had an unpleasant odor, just like the rooms. Towels and toiletries were very scarce—only a roll of used toilet paper was provided, along with a single bar of soap. The TV remote was broken at the bottom, and the internet connection was terrible.

The room was not cleaned well ,the walls had wall putty on them,there was no remote to the tv,there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap, half a bottle of lotion. The beds was old. I will never stay at another place like that again.

I was surprised that Expedia offered this hotel to customers. I have never seen a hotel in such poor condition. The carpet was sticky and dirty, the room had no washcloth and only one towel, the sink and shower was severely stained. The room also had a strong odor of mold mixed with what smelled like roach spray, which made it feel unsafe. I could not stay there for more than two hours. The front desk staff offered me another room, but it was in the same poor condition. I am confident the property would not pass a health department inspection. After reviewing the property’s comments, I was shocked that Expedia continues to list and promote this hotel.

Stay away from this place! Although price was affordable, NOT worth it!!! Not safe, door locks did not work. Lots of sketchy things going on all night long on the property. Above my room on 2nd floor constant stomping and sounded like furniture being moved around all night long! Room nasty, sheets had stains, cockroach, bathroom had mold growing. Room smelled terrible. Felt like I was in a 3rd world country while on property. Health inspector and law enforcement need to check out this property for guest safety! Stay Away! Pay a little extra and at least stay in a clean room!!! Yuk!!!

The room for the most part was clean but the hallways were dark and dirty. Had to carry luggage up flight of stairs to the second floor. No elevator. The young lady at front desk wasn’t very informative and the front desk area was shabby and had dirty towels laying in the waiting area on the floor. The smoke alarm had been taken down from the wall. Lamp in the room didnt work and was broken. The best thing about the room was the tv on the wall. Know why the room was much cheaper than others in the area.

We were traveling to Cherry Point for the airshow the next day. We booked this hotel given it was pretty close to the base when the show was to be held. When we arrived, we saw the C grade sanitation rating at the front desk. The issue was we had driven 3 hours out there and all the other hotels were booked. When we got to our room, it had clearly been heavily smoked in and it had a single king bed. We had requested a room with two double beds given our young kids were with us. The hotel staff were doing their best with what they had but this is definitely a "Last Resort" hotel.

To early for pool .room was very poorly cleaned.shower showed signs of mold and shower door were calsfied.Ice maker broke.well never stay there again!
