"Very tatty at the back of the hotel was not fully open and it was an Indian restaurant. No breakfast. There was a toilet roll in the bathroom which was soiled on the side would not stay there again."

"If you're visiting Duxford Imperial War Museum, or Cambridge, you won't find a better place to stay. Cambridge and the Duxford Airfield and Museum are only 30 minutes away, with very light traffic most of the time. The motel-like accommodation is great, clean and modern with everything you need. The staff are very affable, and the food is simple but very good. And of course there's a well-stocked bar. The prices are very keen, and there is a large car park. What more could you want?"

"Staff were lovely. Check in was good. Although couldn’t book us in any earlier & we were attending an event which was a shame. But no huge issue. Parking superb Bathroom lovely. We stayed in Sariska room which is on the front of the building. Being a Saturday night stay - it was a tad noisey & nothing to do with the hotel. But some car with a loud exhaust drive up & down quite a lot during the early night. We closed the windows to block it out but then as we’ve had this hot weather the room...

"Wow was blown away by this accommodation. Set next to a lovely park that our kids absolutely loved, we booked into the top 2 bed flat with amazing decor, compact kitchen that feels superbly spacious. From automatic gate, to coded entry, this apartment is what modern staycations are all about. Oh and did I highlight the amazing host who let us back in after checkout for the kids to use the bathroom before our long 5 hour drive? It is the small things really! The Mrs & I really loooved this place"

"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. "The hotel was lovely with some good old character and a real country pub feel about in the bar and terrace area. The staff were very nice & professional at all times and nothing seemed to be a problem for them when asked for or of them. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection & choice apart from Black Pudding (LOL). The only criticisms that I have are, being in room 45, the shower was pretty awkward to use because of where the shower head is mounted and had to position ourselves awkwardly...

"The pub is friendly with good food and staff. The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. "
