"Getting the room type that we had reserved was more difficult than it should have been. We had to threaten to leave before we got the accommodations advertised on the website. The ethnically diverse neighborhood was not what we expected but learned to appreciate. Good breakfast buffet. Very good Indian food for dinner."

"Lets us into our room early which was very helpful as we had tickets for the theatre. Room was very comfortable and well stocked with tea coffee and soft drinks. Shower was goid with plenty of shower gel"

"Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. The bed is comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pub is on the ground floor while the rooms are on the second meaning there's no noise in the evening. The staff is...
