"The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. "Beautiful place! With a family hospitality! Beautiful spacious room and decent water pressure in the claw footed tub!
Front beds could use a spring clean out, but it was fun hanging out with the squirrels and feeding them as they are welcomed guests. Hendersonville was very pretty with extensive options for dinner. We chose icecream!"

"Staff was good. Breakfast was funny how limited it was (cheap prepackaged muffins). But it was fine.
Room had some cleaning issues but they didn't really affect me. There were brown marks on a pillow and sheet. Could be something gross, or maybe chocolate muffin residue. But it certainly should not be there."

"Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! "

"No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. "
