"Great stay"

"We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch."

"The pictures on Expedia are not actual pictures of the resort. There are similar features but not the features pictured. There is one breakfast place that always has a wait and very limited menu or very expensive buffet. Parking is ridiculously expensive but having a car is necessary if you don’t want to go broke on the limited food options in the resort. "Room had laundry with detergent and kitchen with extensive set of cooking and eating items. Large suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room. Pool was great. Breakfast was decent."

"It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "
