"The hotel is lovely and well situated. We had a suite which can accommodate a family of 5. The pool was nice and clean (but water was a little on the cooler side). There were floats and noodles the kids could use as aids. The gym and sauna are nice but we didn’t get to use them.
The room service menu is good and well ranging.
Not many staff on reception at check out."

"We were given a room in the courtyard area no43, It was small for 2 people It smelled musty and damp The wallpaper on the outside wall was blistered.One end of the radiator, the thermostat end, was tied to the wall with a plastic tie wrap.The window was to high to reach to open There is no lift in the main part of the house or the Courtyard rooms.No43 is on the ground floor"

"Value for money, but don’t expect the ritz. The hotel is clean, but in need of modernisation. This is for the hotel and also the gym / pool / sauna. Everything just needs updating and a lick of paint.
Friendly staff, great little pub next door showing sky and tnt sports with nice beer, nice staff and a good home based food menu. "
