"Was lucky to have a room upgrade. Julia on reception was lovely, helped me carry my bags to the room, which was enormous. Nice selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."

"Room was alright although if I’m honest slightly dated with a TV lacking functionality and a leak with the hot water tap… the breakfast was also really poor at 8:40am it’s surprising to find all the food cold.
That being said it was a great experience due to super friendly and accommodating staff. Megan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and all other staff we interacted with were great. "
