So… we were skeptical. Been in many motels, in many smaller communities, over many, many years. This one? Totally impressed! Great team. Great rooms. Great public space. Great and current communication programs. Completely renovated. Other lodging in town should be nervous!!

Pricey, noisy, but an ok stay.
Breakfast was good. Room was clean but very noisy. Could hear the people next to us talking on their phone, and they weren’t speaking loudly. Beds not real comfortable. Pretty expensive for a weekend in February in Hayward, WI when there wasn’t any event talking place.

My apologies for the noise and your bed not being comfortable. The mattresses have been recently replaced during renovations, the comfort of a mattress tends to be a personal preference. We do invite you to stay with us again. Thank you for sharing.

I travel a lot for work and was very impressed with this property. The staff waa friendly and responsive to requests. We used the sauna and gym and it was nice to have the right temp and working equipment . Rooms were quiet. The beds were better than home. The bar has been set!

We stopped in Hayward as we were traveling between MN and MI and it was a halfway point. We expected a basic roadside hotel and were so pleasantly surprised at how upscale the hotel is. So clean, updated, new. So many great places to sit, read a book and look at the lake. It was relaxing and so comfortable. Coming back a few days later, we actually booked another room at the last minute instead of driving through, back to MN. Got the same room, and had an equally wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay. The employee who was working the front desk was super friendly the first person to greet us made a great impression. I love the family room, library where you could just hang out and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. All staff we'd meet in the hallyway were very friendly. The next day enjoyed a fabulous hot wide variety breakfast. Honestly best hotel breakfast I've ever had. We plan on staying there again. I give this hotel 5 star.
