"I liked the room theme.It was a retro, hipster style with a large tub. The hotel had lots of things to look at and activities. The things that were a turnoff and I will probably never stay again was a lack of cleaning. I woke up on my 2nd night and had a dirty face mask in my sheets. Under the seating couch was a layer of sticky dust and wrappers. I also experienced poor customer service at the bar. I wanted just a pop and I went to speak and he said I will be with you in a minute. I waited about 5 minutes and I was still waiting so I walked away with no acknowledgement. The front desk did not compensate for the mask or cleanliness of the room. So check your sheets before you sleep. So you dont wake up to a mask wrapped on your toe."

"Overall, a great value for the price. I would absolutely stay there again. Perfectly located. Easy to find. Incredible staff. The breakfast ladies are the best. I'm not a morning person & I left smiling every morning. Good food. Evening appetizers were easily a meal. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the observation deck. Our king room with a view was great. Never ran out of hot water. The street noise is kind of loud but the hotel is downtown, so to be expected. We were so tired each night that it never kept us awake. "

"My room was clean and so was everything else, such as the pool area bathrooms and the lobby. You can smell that cleaning was being done throughout the stay. They were short staffed but anything I asked or needed the staff assisted. No the only thing that bothered me was that when you book a room with an indoor pool, you’re expecting me to use it every day you’re there I was only able to use it a couple hours on the first night I stayed, the last two nights it was closed. But because everything else was a satisfactory. I didn’t complain about it."

"Most importantly it was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk employees were great! Breakfast employees were mia so missing coffee and food items didn’t get replenished. Towels need upgraded, so small. Overall recommend."
