"Bathtub was not clean. Baseboard in the bathroom was not clean. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was good. Some staff, front desk, was a lot more knowledgeable than others. When I arrived, I asked how to get to the Field Museum using the orange line and the evening front desk person was unable to give me clear directions. In the morning, I believe his name is Nathan, gave me explicit directions."

"I had a really nice stay at this property From my view to the staff at the front desk to the market cafe everyone was great. The room was clean and spacious the only thing I would change is having a microwave in the room not the hallway. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will also be staying there again myself"

"Everything was good except for the service during breakfast. The waiter took our order, came back about a half hour later and asked if we were ready to pay our bill. Never bought any food. We just left without eating."
