"Sadly this is one accomodation that we will not recommend. 2pm check in and the reception was home having lunch. The apartment was run down. Cupboards falling apart in bathroom. The electric blanket only worked on half the bed…it was freezing. Unable to tap and pay when Receptionist finally arrived and the fee was more than what we saw on Wotif. No beach view. The accomodation was down a long driveway. "

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"We had a lovely stay at Carnmore Hotel. Even though it was a last-minute booking and we only stayed for one night, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They kindly upgraded us to a downstairs room at no extra cost after finding out my dad has difficulty with stairs, which we really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture. "Kami menyewa apartment 2 kamar di lantai 5. Kondisi sangat baik karena hotel tersebut masih baru. Semua perlengkapan basic tersedia termasuk mesin cuci dan pengering. Tidak ada keluhan hanya sayangnya hanya terdapat 1 kamar mandi / WC. Lokasi agak sedikit di luar CBD tapi tidak masalah karena kalaupun harus jalan kaki tidak jauh."

"Rooms are good. Only problem is the light from the passage shines through around the door, so I had to put a towel across the bottom of the door to block the light. I thought the lights may dim at night or switch off in the passage."

"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."
