"I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. "The room was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, stained up, had people's hair on it. The pillows were the cheapest you could buy. The toilet was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty.
