"The water in our shower had no pressure. We had to take longer showers than normal because the pressure was so low. The door to our room would not close completely without pulling it closed. Monday morning we were met with construction in the hotel. The breakfast was would you would expect for free. The fruit didn’t seem that fresh. The hotel was a nonsmoking hotel but it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana! But at least it was a place to sleep!"

"The personnel at this hotel go above and beyond. They successfully navigated us to the airport shuttle over the phone when we were lost, and they provided breakfast goodie bags for our early departure before 6:00 AM. While the property is undergoing renovations and has a faint leftover smell, our room on the 1st floor was completely ready, spotless, and felt brand new. As a bonus, the diner right next door serves delicious meals. This will be a great location once construction wraps up shortly....

"One of my favorite hotels in Denver. Unfortunately maintenance is starting to get behind. Carpet is ragged furnishings chair couch rip tears paint on the wall is in need of touch up. Hopefully Hotel will spend some time with maintenance items I'm still a wonderful Hotel"

"None of the employees were able to offer a smile on arrival as I was resting another arrival into my room because they have the wrong key or all the keys open the doors and anyone staying at the hotel should remember to lock their doors for me. I did not feel safe and the carpet need to be washed. The smell was uncomfortable in the hotel and the continental breakfast is very poorly about it for the amount of people in the hotel so I will give it a zero to be honest."
