"Brand new hotel, friendly staff, convenient location "

"The room smells strange, although seems clean. The breakfast - we came at 8:30, knowing it is until 9 am, and there was nothing left. I got coffee but it is awful and i didn't finish it. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near the highway."

"No extra trash bags for the bathroom/bedroom"

"It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs."

"The cabin was cozy and the workplace met my needs. A couple of suggestions: Tissues in the room would be nice. In Cabin 3, the chairs are missing screws on the chair cushions. Can always use more hooks on the walls for hanging: towels, jackets, clothes"

"Other than the Hot tub not operating the hotel was nice. Rook was clean. Check in was smooth."

"The room was clean but very out dated. The bathroom door did not latch shut, no coffee maker but coffee was offered in the lobby, the ice maker on the second floor was very old & not working. The bed was comfortable & the staff was helpful & pleasant. That’s the only good thing of this Red Roof Inn. Save your money "

"It's a nice inn, people are rather friendly, and the breakfast items are pretty much what you expect at a Quality Inn. The biggest issue was that the entire property is infested with ants - they are everywhere - in the room, bathroom, and dining area. The management needs to address it asap. As of now, I would avoid it."

"This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. "

"This Country Inn was not as nice as ones in the past. No cookie at lobby. All processed foods for breakfast except apples. No unsweetened oatmeal. No Greek unsweetened yogurtNo open staircase in lobby. It was pretty clean and quiet in the room. There was trash piled by doors in the hallway. Staff were nice in lobby. "

"although the girl and guy were very friendly at the front desk. felt the guy could look a little more presentable in the hospitality business for a Holiday Inn. Hair was all shaggy and did not look very clean for someone at the front desk. he looked more like a janitor "

"This has been so far the best hotel i’ve stayed at. All of the staff has been wonderful! The rooms are really nice and big! I love the kitchen area. Has a nice size fridge, sink, dishwasher, dishes. Nice pool area also! And love the 24 hour coffee area with hot cocoa as well. Walmart is just around the corner which makes it really convenient "

"We stayed for two nights in a lovely cabin. We had the king bed, 2 queens, fireplace, and 2 jet tubs cabin. Beautiful location, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us information about things to do and see, restaurants and markets. Clear directions to our cabin with a map of the property made our arrival pleasant. "The hotel has wonderful ambiance, and its location is central to shops, spa services, and parks. My ample room was well-appointed, bright, and attractive, and each of the accessible staff was warm and helpful. I had a wonderful meal at the Morgan Tavern and enjoyed a book in a comfy chair set by a cozy fire in the welcoming lobby. All I'd hoped for, thanks much!"
