"Train noise constantly wakes you up at night. Hard to get to Texas medical center without fighting traffic. Hear footsteps from above room. TV was dish and signal would go out on occasion or pixelate due to clouds blocking it. Internet worked but periodically would lose SSID and not be able to connect. Good tmobile coverage. Nice bed, bathroom, paint job, AC, and microwave/mini fridge. Breakfast was mini muffins nature valley bars orange/apple juice and coffee. I should have used "Texas...

"The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained.
I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip.
