"Beautiful room with a lovely comfy bed. Large en-suite with shower/bath. Had a great nights sleep as very quiet area. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cold and cooked choices. Fiona and her husband were lovely hosts. Would stay again and recommend. "

We booked one of the loch view rooms but, while we could see the loch if we stood at one side of the window and looked round the corner, we were mainly looking out over the side...

"I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. "The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon.
