"Beautiful property in what feels like the middle of nowhere, while still being close to nearby attractions. The room was perfect and clean with the most amazing views. It made me sad to have to close the shades at night. I wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights, but we had to move on a few hours down the road. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. I would recommend to anyone!"

"The standalone cabin was very well appointed. Great layout in a grassy meadow with picturesque views of waterfalls. The best part of this property is that you have 24/7 access to Seljanfoss waterfalls. We drove the 6 minute drive to the falls at 11:30 at night. We were able to experience the waterfalls with 10 other people! I believe the property is building a restaurant which would be a Boone since the only other food around this area is a 20 minute drive. "Everything at this hotel is self-service, and throughout our stay, I didn't see a single staff member. Upon arrival, there was a welcome envelope with my name on it, containing the key to our room, which made check-in simple and convenient. The room was spacious, but it had a noticeable musty smell, likely due to the age of the building. Unfortunately, the bed was also quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and was okay.
