Hotel dekat Heineken Experience

"We loved this hotel. The absolute nicest staff members. Great location. Love the all inclusive model. We enjoyed all the snacks and cocktails daily. And the breakfast staff are wonderful. Having that included is so handy and it was delicious. Booked this on the recommendation of others and it did not disappoint!"

"Our concierge Shannon was very helpful and very welcoming to a first time visitor to Amsterdam."

"Perfect location. Steps from museumplein. Easy access to city centre as well. The bus stop to the airport is very close too. The is a lovely hotel on a lovely residential street. Breakfast was great. My room was small but had everything I needed. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I will be back."

"The shower had mold and the drain was gross. The shower head generally sprayed water out of the shower/tub. Bed was fine. Views were nice."

"I've been staying at the Conservatorium regularly for 12 years now, and it is remarkably consistent: great location, awesome people, striking architecture, and the best gym of all the 5-star hotels in Amsterdam. This year, though, there was one welcome change and one not-so-great one: the breakfast has improved, with the addition of a buffet, which is convenient. But they also seem to have started letting local residents use the gym, so it's now super-packed at all hours, and you have to wait...

"We just got back from this hotel The stay was good few things to be mindful of Water bottles were not replaced in the room (we only got one for the overall stay) There was a vending machine for coffee etc but if you wanted tea there was no milk in the fridge! The room could have done with a bit more storage space Accidentally a glass broke and I left a note at reception to clean it but we still found small pieces on the floor My husband and I felt for what we paid it could have been better...

"This property was great. Location was perfect. The staff are really friendly. Only con to this property would be that it’s near some bars & clubs and gets really loud at night. They do have ear plugs there for you to use though."

"Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely will be staying here any time we visit Amsterdam!"
