"The staff doesn’t take initiative. But, if you have a question they’ll be willing to help. The area is fantastic. You are exactly where you should be for easy access to the rest of the country. But the property itself I was so disappointed for the price point. It just felt seedy and unclean. They need to take out all of those decorations and fabric things that hold smell and dirt and just focus on cleanliness. "I was just there for three nights, I was comfortable for what I needed, 10 minute walk to Diegem station, no shops or anything other than hotels which was fine. The first night I arrived I was given my room key and I opened the door and it was either someone’s room or the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Immediately given another room and the rest was fine. Friendly helpful staff."
