"Preis-leistungsmäßig top! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr höflich und auf zack. Das Appartment war total nett und die Lage ist sehr schön. Parkplatz kostet 1€ am Tag und wenn man Glück hat kann man direkt vorm Appartment parken. Wir hatten unsere 3 kleinen Hunde mit und die haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunde waren sehr willkommen bei jedem. Das einzige manko war, dass die Herdplatte nicht richtig funktioniert hat aber man kann auch super essen gehen rundum in den Restaurants oder eine einfache...

The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. "Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. Washroom door is opaque/translucent glass, so be aware that you can see parts into it from...

"the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment...
