"Room was clean and tidy , although it had ,had a make over the workmanship was average . Broken mixer tap on hot tub which made adjusting water temperature impossible ( no cold water to cool it down). The shower head was well past needing replacement . Street appeal was mared by a dirty old mattress out front . Room heating was very good ."

"Everything was perfect. So super helpful, check in was easy & they stayed later for us as we couldn't make it prior to 5pm. Room was spacious and super clean. The shower is divine and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Amazing in all areas, with so many little touches making it feel very opulent. "Amazing views from our large rooms, hosts were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances. The only thing to watch out for is the exit from the car park is rather tight so be careful when exiting the car park so not to damage your car. We would definitely recommend this property."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at KingsGate Autolodge Paihia. Although our visit was very short, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service we received at check-in. We arrived late in the evening, fully expecting that most places nearby would already be closed.
