"The air conditioning worked but was very loud. The overall apartment isn’t what is displayed online. In fact it’s very tired and run down. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh, but a little expensive for what it was.
The windows were open upon arrival and there were moths and flies in the room which took some time to catch and release.
It was a good location and included parking. I think in terms of other accommodation I booked this based on the pictures online and was slightly disappointed when I arrive. To a feeling of slightly mis sold "

"Room is very clean. Luke handled our check in for our late arrival and greeted us as we were arriving. Helped us with getting our key from lock box and with a great parking spot! And a bottle of wine awaiting for us in our room, too!
How kind and thoughtful! Also Luke had met our request for extra pillows, and left a trolly in our room so we could get all our luggage etc from our car to our room!"

"Comfortable stay. Car was safe in the parking spot provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It would of been great if the room had plates that we could of used. And if they could of supplied us with a small bottle of milk instead of those miniature milk capsules. But other than that, we had a great stay"
