"The hotel and its facilities are a bit old, as is common with many hotels in New York, but everything is well maintained and in good condition. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Central Park and the subway, making it easy to get around the city."

"The hotel itself was very pretty and the restaurant bar and pool were nice areas. The room was very small, and the bathroom did not have a fan so there was some noticeable water damage in the room/bathroom. The price was reasonable. The pool was nice, but no jacuzzi. I’d probably choose a different property next time."

"Great location and good size rooms for a small boutique hotel! The best part was the staff. The front desk staff and bellmen taking care of our luggage were all extremely helpful and friendly. I want to do a special call out to Judy who so helpful and friendly at the front desk. She answered all our questions and helped with a billing issue. I also heard her be so friendly and helpful to other guests as I waited in line. You don't often find such friendly service anymore at most hotels. We will be coming back for sure!"
