"Breakfast menu is small but convenient. Breads, cerealls, coffee, juices, fruits and waffle maker. Rooms are on the small side as is the TV set but very comfortable and clean. We had a microwave and refrigerator also. Very nice shower in a very small bathroom."

"Facing the hotel, the front and left sides are clean but the right side (where our rooms were located) is terrible/dirty. The walk path around the hotel is full of cracks and chipped paint. The lower part of the bathroom door needs repair or change the door. The iron stairs to the second floor needs painting. Green banana instead of apple for fruit, no protein at all in terms of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, not even boiled eggs in dining room. Guests are not allowed to take the minimum breakfast items provided out of the dining area. Guest must sit to eat one green banana, or drink a cup of coffee or an apple juice. In my case, I was traveling with two ladies on Mother's Day weekend and could not take something to them to eat or drink while they were getting ready for the purpose we went to the area for. Why should elderly or handicapped guests be forced to come to the dining area instead of their caretakers taking them breakfast to the room? It is not necessary especially with what amounts to continental breakfast. This was my first time going to a choice hotel facility that looks like a motel. Next time I will inquire before booking to get a better facility."

"Breakfast was very good, especially the oatmeal with assorted toppings. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower could use attention- peeling paint and signs of wear."

"This Hampton Inn is very clean and convenient. The room rate booked through Hotels.com was a little high compared to other similar hotels, and disappointing that a military discount was not offered online. Room rates should be advertised and consistent based on a standard, not manipulated up and down based on unsubstantiated factors. For example, the online price stated “only 4 rooms left at this rate,” when in fact the hotel was less than 1/3 full when I checked in! This is a game played frequently in the hotel industry that is unscrupulous and untrustworthy for the traveling public. The free breakfast is somewhat pitiful when considering the room rate. Quality and variety not consistent with what you pay—and cutting the breakfast off at 9 am is unfair for late sleepers."

"This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. "

"My room was not prepared properly. The soap on the sink was used, there was still some trash and clothing in the room. The bed was nicely made and comfortable. The fire alarm went off at 2:45am. Didn't see any staff member responding. Close to the highway which is a plus."
