"This property is in a lovely countryside location. The room was clean and the family that runs the property was very helpful when I called. Archie ensured I had the correct address, and my room code to get in as we arrived late in the evening. I loved that it was lowkey and easy to book. The room was also a nice size for our family. "

"We normally stay in cheaper hotels when traveling, but the cost is very reasonable for the size of the cabin you get and the location is amazing for a quick trip into Bryce Canyon. Would be ideal for a multi-day stay. We were hit with an additional $15 'Property Fee' when checking in due to booking through Expedia. I wasn't sure why and it wasn't clear what it was for."

"The experience was excellent, but maybe my expectations for the price was a bit high. I wish the units had been cleaner. They all seem to need a shop vac around the edges and under things. Clods of dirt and animal hair. I’m a clean freak I realize and, hey, it’s “glamping” but still…"

"Breakfast was ok. Would have loved to see waffles or pancakes or other hot items. Parking was sufficient. Room was old and small. With the amount of furniture in the room, it was difficult to move around. We stayed on the second floor. The floor was soft in some areas and it creaked loudly as we walked around the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were outdated and the ventilation fan was really loud. Carpets smelled bad as well."

"It was so nice and parking was good i pulled up in a pruis and managed but i think id it rained it would have been hard The staff at the property real good to talk to and very helpful "

"The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent. "

"Check your messages for the exact address. The room was like a DREAM! Clean and spacious and so cute. The view was beyond anything you could imagine. The cabin/room was perfect all around. HOWEVER - mind your timing as the town is small and if you get in late there really is no place to grab dinner. The drive to the canyon took only minutes and it was just lovely. "

"The staff went above and beyond for us. My husband was sick and they delivered food to us and it was all really good. I can’t wait to come back again. It was the perfect place to reset. I stayed up all night staring at the stars. "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at Happy Trails B&B on a vacation with my dad. Room was clean and in great working condition. Shower was a bit small but manageable. The main building is a bit older so it can be a bit noisy at times when you’re on the first floor as the floors are creaky. The room had a portable heater/AC tower which helped a lot in minimizing noise at night. Washer and dryer were accessible, free, and a great help after a day in Bryce hiking.
